Parham has lived and worked in Dubai for over 20 years and established Valco Properties in 2006. A well-rounded business professional and entrepreneur, he has established himself as one Dubai Real Estates most respected and valued figures.

Very well known for his ability to achieve company, client, and partner objectives and with experience in Dubai Real Estate dating back more than 16 years, Parham, as founder and CEO of Valco Properties believes that his success is due to the strong relationships that he develops with his team and clients. He knows that one person alone can’t get the job done – it takes the whole team to be successful.

Daria Symonova

 

SALES SUPERVISOR

Daria Symonova is a sales supervisor who brings abundance of strengths with her, her  key strengths lie in her ability to firstly develop strategies that increase market share, and secondly to be able to foster a competitive sales team environment. 

On a personal level her superb communication skills allow her to provide constructive feedback to sales staff in a positive way. As a true all-rounder, she has extensive experience of inspiring team members, responding to customer feedback, and monitoring competitor activity.

Her transparency, integrity and motivating personality make her an asset to Valco Properties LLC.

Fahad Khamis Malalla Mubarak Alshehhi

Business Partner

LANGUAGES: Arabic & English

Fahad was born and raised in Dubai, United Arab Emirates within a respected family of traders. He graduated in 1998 from the Imam Malik Government School, Dubai.

Prior to joining Valco Properties in 2017, Fahad worked extensively in multiple industries, most notably 8 years in Senior Operations within the Aluminium Industry located in the Jebel Ali Free-zone.

His keen ear and great knowledge of all aspects of business legal matters make him a valuable asset to Valco Properties L.L.C.
